At a small corner of Saigon city, there is a Vo Tan Khong MeditationG class for kids established by Master Nghi Thanh Tran and the teachers are Vo Tan Khong’s practitioners. The mission is to help kids to be themselves, not anyone else. At this class, kids can be peaceful in meditationG posture for several to dozens of minutes. It is a precious experience that very few places can offer.

Master Nghi Thanh Tran’s meditationG method is integrated in every single game and activity by teachers. Kids experience both calm and active activities. It is very meaningful and joyful for their ages. Along with the intensive activities aimed at increasing focus, kids also learn the nature properly prepared for their age which helps build strong outlook on life.
Kids apply to every daily activity to balance their emotion.
The concepts are taught in an easy way to understand and suitable for kid’s consciousness. They can easily apply and gain an insight at young age.
